    What You Need To Know

All the information in this product description is estimated. The longevity and usability of the product depend on a variety of different factors that can affect your project. These factors include the installation quality, the material used and the environment that the aluminium expansion joint is kept in and others.

The load capacity is always given for a joint in its initial position. In case of opening movements, the load capacity is strongly reduced, and the product will only be suitable for light pedestrian traffic. The indicated load values are based on vehicles with pneumatic wheels with a contact area of 200 x 200 mm. Other control joints are available for larger projects with higher specifications.

The Veda France JDH 5.08 aluminium profile expansion joint is fully compatible with our fire protection solutions and our waterproofing membranes, so you can get everything you need from our range to suit any project. You can check our expansion joints section.
